Filter paper

Filter paper is used to separate solid particles from liquids and gases and retains the particles both on the surface and inside the paper matrix. Various parameters affect their efficiency: mechanical particle retention time, adsorption, pH, surface properties, thickness and the strength of the filter paper as well as the shape, density and quantity of the particles to be preserved.

The fibrous material is absorbent and porous. Only the finest materials are used to make filter paper; cotton lint, alpha-quality cellulose pulp, borosilicate microglass and extremely pure micro-quartz fibers.

We offer a wide range of filter products that solve most of the needs for filtration in the lab.
